Summer in Italy - 2004
Anne and I had been planning a return trip to Italy since last fall and finally put all the details together. After 10 years in our business we wanted to take a real break to recharge our batteries, so to speak, so we decided to take about 6 weeks off. Our itinerary takes us to four different locations in Italy but with the geographical ability to really visit vast quantities of locations.
I've arranged our photo essay based on our daily itinerary. Some days I took a lot of photos, others only a few. I hope you enjoy.
Itinerary
Venice - Day 1 & 2 - Arriving by water taxi & visiting San Marco Square
Venice - Day 3 - A lazy day over to Lido Beach
Venice - Day 4 - Vaporetto ride and eating out
Venice - Day 5 - Back to Lido Beach
Venice - Day 6 - Bike ride on Lido, Dressed up for an evening out and Gondola ride!
