Casa Grande Ruins

Coolidge, AZ

Near Coolidge, AZ, south of Phoenix, is a National Park dedicated to an adobe structure and adjoining compound that dates to around 1100 a.d.  Not only is the museum very interesting, as well as the structure itself, but the fact that the building was believed to have been used for celestial observation was fascinating to me.  Here are a few photos of my visit.
